What if we only have one compatible device? Can the whole family share?

Multiple family members can access Kurbo on a single device. Each family member will receive their own login, so when one person logs out, another can log in to see their personal tracking information, goals, and more.

How do I cancel Kurbo coaching?

If you have a coaching plan through your employer, please email your cancellation request to support@kurbo.com or call us at 800-444-7148 and we will submit a cancellation request on your behalf.

For all other cancelations, please go to my.kurbo.com to complete your cancellation or contact customer service at support@kurbo.com or 800-444-7158.
