What happens in a coaching session?

Weekly coaching check-ins happen over video chat (Skype, Facetime, Zoom, it’s up to you). You’ll review what went well and what felt challenging that week. Then, together, you’ll come up with solutions and a personalized plan to help you reach next week’s goals. All in 15 minutes!
